I am a disabled wheelchair user in my 40s, I am easy going, with a good sense of humour. I love getting tattoos, going to the cinema and watching boxsets such as Game of Thrones.
I am looking for new personal assistants to join my team. Ideally, you should have a caring nature and be easy-going, knowing when to step back and allow me my independence and privacy.
The post:
There are a number of shifts available that includes mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleepovers. Shifts will include weekends. A full list of available shifts will be sent with the application pack.
Hourly rate: £8.75/hour and sleepover are paid at £57.60 (8 hours). Shifts are arranged on a fixed 4 week rota.
Location: Gorebridge is easy to get to on the no. 33 and 29 Lothian Bus and also on the Waverley – Galashiels trainline.
Person requirements:
Ideally, you should have a caring nature and be easy-going, knowing when to step back and allow me my independence and privacy. You should be able to work as part of a team but also on a one to one basis with the employer, and also have a good standard of English. Full driving licence essential. No experience is required as training will be given on an induction basis.
