The Role
We are looking for a Assistant Manager for our franchised Burger King at Stansted Airport As a Assistant Manager you will lead the teams the day to day operation,this is a hands on role Also engage in recruiting and training the staff. Our Assistant Managers work hard to support the Senior Assistant Managers and will be responsible for helping with everything that happens in the site from driving sales forward, team development, to customer service to planning sales initiatives to help the store reach their targets as well as making sure that the store is legal and safe for our customers to be in.
The Details
To be successful in this role, you will need: - previous management experience in a high-volume sales/target-driven fast food environment - Ideally fast food management experience is desirable with Foundation and Servesafe certification - Experience in P&L, forecasting and achieving set targets - Strong admin skills to support with management of compliance/back of house paperwork eg. shift planners, HR files/ training trackers - Management of teams up to 40 staff Most importantly, given that we are here to serve the airport's travelling public, our operating hours are 24 hours so flexibility to work varying shifts, including earlies and lates, should be considered when applying. Please note all successful candidates are required to provide a full 5-year reference history and undergo a Criminal Record Check to comply with Airport Security regulations.
