Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Pershore
Salary: Up to £18,500 (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday - Friday)
Established in 1994 and Based in Pershore, the company is highly respected and regarded as a major player in the UK commercial catering industry. The company offer full turn-key solutions in the procurement of Commercial kitchens, from design, project management right through to delivery and installation.
Due to continued growth, the company is currently seeking experienced Service Co-Ordinators to work within our expanding Service Department.
The company work with many high-end brands seen on the High Street such as Bill's Restaurants, Brasserie Blanc (Raymond Blanc), Byron Hamburger, The Ivy, Las Iguanas and many more in the food and leisure industry.
The Role:
* Log/raise customer breakdowns whilst adhering to the clients SLA
* Assist with the co-ordination of the field engineers to optimise their activities
* Take ownership of customer problems and keep focus on the task until a conclusion has been reached
* Produce quotations for remedial works required on both catering and refrigeration equipment, and seek approval from clients, before proceeding with works
* Maintain excellent and professional communication between internal departments, customer and engineers
* Ensure all activities are completed within a timely fashion and in-line with company procedures and policies
* Complete weekly reports
