Description
A very unique upright piano by Monington & Weston, made in the late 1950?s and finished in an exquisite yellow lacquered Chinoiserie case depicting oriental scenes with original matching stool. The piano plays with a medium to firm touch and produces a clear warm tone. Tuned to concert pitch and enjoyable to play, this piano would make a lovely beginners or intermediate level players piano but also a fantastic piece of furniture if you are looking for a rare statement piece that can be played and enjoyed. Must be seen in person to appreciate the craftsmanship of its casework.
