Bought the adapters last June 2015 and never really used it as I added an Asus router last Novembers 2015 and found the wireless signal on the Asus much better.
Come with a pair TP Link adapters and a pair of 1 metre Cat5e Ethernet RJ45 high speed network cable
Very easy set up, plug them in and press the "PAIR" buttons within 2 minutes to synchronise them and they're ready to go.
