The practices, located in a prominent locations are modern, well equipped and offer a professional working environment with excellent training.
You will be based at our HQ clinic in Glasgow and liaise with the practice manager / senior dental nurse responsible for the other clinics nearby, while reporting to the Operations Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage & motivate the team to ensure the smooth running of the practices treatment rooms, excellent clinical treatment and customer service.
Goal & target setting, performance reviews, allocating of responsibilities, monitor adherence to practice policies and procedures, organise or conduct clinical and non-clinical training, assist in recruitment & maintain staff records.
Manage clinical compliance, including: creating, implementing and maintaining systems and ensuring they comply with GDC regulations, monitor compliance to systems, carry out risk assessments, carry out clinical audits and conduct relevant staff training.
Ensure effective data collection and produce monthly practice KPI reports.
Attend and conduct daily and monthly meetings.
The ideal candidate will have have Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written, Excellent people skills, able to deal with patients, staff & contractors in a calm, empathetic approach.
Excellent follow-up ability on all tasks, effective delegation skills and be target driven, knowledge of Exact(software of excellence)
Experience working within a dental clinic is preferable.
Salary negotiable upon experience
