National Outsourcing Association award winning work at home specialists Arise Virtual Solutions are once again looking for work from home customer service and sales agents. We have opportunities for both German and English speakers.
Calls on the technology sales programme are interesting, engaging, and no two calls are the same! The calls are inbound calls from customers researching which product to buy and because every customer you speak to is different, it will be down to you to tailor the best solution for the customers needs and to surprise & delight them! If you choose the customer service role you will handle General enquiries (store opening times, genius bar appointments, workshops), return of items, Cancellation/amendment of orders, changes to shipping address/dates, Call transfers to other departments. For this programme you need to either own a Mac or love using a MAC and be passionate about the brand.
We are looking for agents who either have previous call centre experience or delivered world class customer service in a face to face environment. You will need excellent communication and problem solving skills, be empathetic and remain calm under pressure. Working from home you need to be self-motivated, honest and reliable.
