Spacious room in a sunny, quiet Kilbarchan flat. Comfy double bed in a flat surrounded by trees and with a lovely south facing balcony.
I am sometimes away for work for extended periods so I am looking for someone mature and responsible (i. e. someone who knows what a trip switch and a stopcock is in case anything happens when I'm not about and who isn't going to annoy my neighbours with loud music).
There are a lot of stairs to the flat so it's not suitable for those with mobility problems. Kilbarchan is a great wee village - the kind of place where you know all your neighbours.
Three large supermarkets, a cinema and a retail park within 5 mins drive plus lots of lovely countryside. There is a bus to Johnstone / Paisley / Glasgow from the end of the road and a train station nearby, but your own car would be handy.
Smoking only permitted on the balcony.
I am in no particular rush to find a flat mate and am looking for someone I would like to share with rather than just someone to share the bills with.
