My housemate is moving out middle of October so will have have a spare room in my flat, just 160 per month for rent, all other bills are then split between us equally, WiFi, gas and electric etc really cheap to run, it's a nice size flat and nice and clean too, I'm hardly ever there due to my job (I'm a bus driver) looking for someone decent, clean and tidy and hopefully someone I can get on with, I'm really laid back tbh don't mind a boy or girl moving in, I'm sure we can accommodate either
