It has fitted wardrobe and bed side drawers. Attractive living room with very beautiful view from the window. Carpet on all floor, with double glazed windows so, the flat is very warm.

There is a bus stop which is very close that takes you to Sainsbury and Aldi in only 5 min (via Bus number 1, 2, and 22) and about 10 min walk to Pure Gym and bus stop to get bus number 3, 33, 25, 35, etc. It is good for students of Heriot-Watt Uni, Napier Uni and Stevenson College (via bus 25).

Student or professional, No pets, No SMOKER

Rent is £20 per day, electricity & gas bills only will be shared.
