We have the largest room going in our friendly, sociable 4 bedroom flat for the bargain price of £510 pcm in Highgate.
The room is a double on the top floor with lots of room. The flat is on two levels with a shared large living room (plus bar!!), kitchen and bathroom, both of which were fitted within the last couple of years. This is a real bargain for the area, not to be missed.
The flat has great transport routes to central locations, situated directly across from Highgate station and on a main bus route towards camden and holloway. The room you'll be taking is at the back of the house so doesn't suffer any noise from the traffic.
We are a friendly group of housemates, enjoy socialising together over a bottle or two, but also have our own lives to live so we aren't in each pockets. You will be sharing withTwo boys and a girl.
The deposit is £510 and the rent is £510 paid on the 1st of each month. Bills are roughly £80 - £90 month.
Our housemate is moving out on the 20th so the room is available from then. If you can move in from the 20th there may be a small fee to cover the rent until the end of the month, but this may be negotiable (she's a reasonable girl)
The furniture will stay in the room with the exception of the bed.
