Single Room located in Smithton
Description
We're currently 2 single guys (29 & 31) looking for someone to move into a 3 bedroom property in Rowan Court (Smithton). Very nice quiet area, close to bus links 5mins down the road and a shop another 5mins also.
There is also a walkable path via Smithton to the retail park that takes 15mins.
Room itself comes with wardrobe, single or double bed depending on space wanted. Can arrange a TV if required too.
Offering full use of the house along with the following:
Wifi
Large Garden
Tumble dryer and washing machine
Space for a car if you drive
Large living area with freeview and large TV.
Ideally we're looking for a quiet person, I do have my kid here on my days off as I'm living separated from my partner.
Rent per week initially but can be changed later on and £100 deposit refundable at the end of the stay. £400 includes all bills.
I can post pictures if required too in private mail.
Immediate entry is available and would prioritise someone on this also.
