My flatmate is moving out and I'd like to stay in this ground floor flat because it is spacious and has great location with friendly neighbours.
I've got a furnished double bedroom available. 15 min. walk into city centre, 1 min. walk to bus stop, 5 min by bus into city centre. Quiet, safe area of Cheetwood.
I'm looking for professional, tidy and friendly person to share this flat with.
Room is available from 01/07/2016.
The price includes rent, council tax, utility bills, internet.
Please note, I'm a smoker, but I have no smoking policy in the flat, smoking is available right outside.
