Hello,
I am Polish and have spare room in the cosy house, in the quite area of Bolton-Le-Sands.
I am looking for a flat mate, who appreciates quite neighbourhood and tidy place to stay. Students are considered.
I have to offer, freshly furnished single bedroom, with great view at Crag Hill and shared sitting room. Access to fast wireless internet. Bathroom with both bath and shower cabin. As well as small front garden, there is also a rear garden, which is free to use and small front garden, parking space, and wash machine with drier.
In the kitchen is kettle, microwave, gas cooker and electric oven, with overhead fan extractor.
Plenty of storage in the room. Also there is a storage inside the bed. Additional there is available storage in the shade outside.
Bedding provided on request, but own bedding is welcome.
In addition to the above, in the saloon is a sofa bed, which can be used in case of visiting guest. For example a parents.
10 minutes walking distance to the bus stop (approx 20 minutes to Lancaster city centre by bus and 10 min to Carnforth).
10 walking minutes to the see side, with view at mountains of Lake District.
Myself, I tend to be at home, at random times, due to my duties. I am interested in engineering, architecture and technical subjects and robotics. But I like also walk and explore areas, as well as shooting photos.
