Dbl room in chorlton with friendly peeps

Hi!

My housemates and I have a double room available now to let on a longer term basis.

We are a friendly bunch with our own lives but we do like to hang out together so would like someone to join our little dysfunctional family.

Our awesome house is in a perfect location in Chorlton. 4-5 mins walk from tram, oddest, elektrik, dulcies. 6-7 min walk from beech road and all its finery. We have a driveway and there is always parking available outside the house. We have two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, all the things you'd expect in a house. Oh and we have a fantastic garden.

A bit about us
Lee, 36, interesting chap, works away during the week sometimes
Nick, 29, an artist and works in a local deli so we always have a good cheese selection
Me, EmJ, 31 a teacher. I'm alright.

Rent is £300pcm + £90 bills which includes everything (Internet, cleaner etc). The deposit is £300 there is an admin fee as well.
