Living room at the front, kitchen at the back opening out onto a large if narrow back garden. Two bedrooms upstairs off a small landing, separated by a bathroom with over the bath shower. Central heating throughout. House is fully furnished, including white goods by current tenant. Looking for quiet, friendly, independent non smoker. Female preferred but males considered. Most be prepared to undergo vetting by the landlord (fees may apply) and to enter into a tenancy agreement. Tenants are responsible for half of all household bills (council tax, utilities, broadband etc)
