The room is available right away, is furnished and has built in storage space. Council tax and bills included but subject fair use agreement. A deposit, previous address proof and a previous reference are required.
I am 32 years old, Ex RAF, currently looking for a job after a year of college. I keep my flat clean and tidy and expect the same from any housemates. I mountain bike and run in the woods around Fochabers quite a bit and often disappear on the weekends. No DSS but pets considered.
