I am now looking for a rural cottage for a long term rent!!.... 50 mile radius of Jedburgh.... I would be happy and willing to Maintain and improve the property! So have no issue with condition...( In fact would be delighted with an unmodernised cottage)... I and have excellent references which will confirm this!...... would prefere solid fuel heating!....Garden a must ( keen Gardener! again willing to improve!) 1/2 bedrooms..... I am Responsible and Genuine and NOT on Benefits.... My Rent is Paid on time each month through direct debit... available to move anytime....
