Looking to rent a furnished small studio for the 2016/2017 academic year. Will agree to a 6+ month contract.
Mature student from the US studying at Sheffield Uni(proof available). Able to pay cash deposit upfront as I live in the US right now.
Will also consider en suite rooms in a shared property.
Budget of 450 GBP. (inc of all bills)
Non-smoker, no pets, very quiet individual.
Guarantor available but I also have excellent credit.
