"Off market" House wanted to rent, minimum 3 bedrooms

Im looking for an “off market” house to rent by private agreement, minimum 3 bedrooms with outhouses or garage with the property set in a village, hamlet or in a remote location within a 25 miles radius of Keswick.

I have over 30 year's experience of renting and renovating properties and I have never missed one rent or utilities payment, I'm willing to pay 3 months advance rent in cash, every 3 months.

I have an established business, I'm a non smoker and I have 2 small old dogs.

Excellent references available.
