Perfect for the keen astronomer who likes looking at planets without the need for continual adjustment as the image drifts out of view at the eyepiece. This can be used for short exposure photography (I have taken brilliant ones of the moon). The condition is as new and there is a brand new tripod included in the package. The mount will take most average telescopes up to 100mm refractors and manage 200mm reflectors. There are two weights which are the counter-balance for your scope of choice, so all necessary gear is there.
My reason for sale is that I have upgraded to a pillar mount with an EQ5 computer drive for my mount that is fitted. I still use my two telescopes SW Maksutov 180mm and SW Equinox 120mm that I used on the mount for sale.
