Description

Support Workers needed to support children with autism within the Gilmerton area of Edinburgh. We can offer full time hours for the right candidate, 35-40 hours per week, based on a flexible rota which we will match with your availability.
You will have previous experience supporting people with autism to maintain their independence. Your experience can be community, residential or other. Experience dealing with children is preferred.
Due to the needs of the individual client your duties may include, but are not limited to, supporting clients:

- respite
- through personal care
- with cooking/housekeeping
- to attend social events

Your standard pay would be GBP 8.92/h plus bonuses for working during weekends/nights and holiday accrual.

As part of the recruitment process you would be required to enter into or update you PVG Scheme and SSSC registrations.
Work is agreed by matching your availability to our client's needs. Hours are available to suit most people from weekends through to full time.
