Care Assistant - days - full time - rewarding role in excellent care home

At Balcombe Place in Haywards Heath, West Sussex we are looking for a full-time Care Assistant to work days (36 hours). Ideally you will have worked as a Carer with older people in a nursing home and hold NVQ2 in Care, but full training can be given to candidates over 18 who are keen to learn and put their caring potential into practice. It’s a great feeling to know that you have made a difference to someone’s day. As a Care Assistant at Balcombe Place you will be an integral part of the team caring for our residents.
Working Hours: 36 hours full-time position, shift patterns are variable, 8am to 8pm or 8am to 2pm or 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 8pm
Key Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively
Understand the needs of the residents
An affinity towards older people
Work in partnership with other members of the team.
