Our client is a luxury 5 Star hotel with a fantastic spa They have eight treatment rooms, a manicure/pedicure suite and an indoor pool, our luxury eco-Spa requires team members with the natural touch.
We are recruiting for an experienced Spa Receptionist
You will create the ultimate spa experience for our guests by providing a warm, caring and personalised treatment reservation and reception service.
Main Duties:
* Take and process spa reservations
* Coordinate spa bookings and therapist schedules
* Maximise spa revenue
* Actively promote retail sales
* Conduct show-rounds
* Assist with tidying and presentation of all spa areas
The ideal spa receptionist will have the following:
* Previous spa or salon experience
* Therapist background desirable
* Knowledge of SpaSoft or other spa software
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Well organised and team player
* Immaculate presentation
