Bought for our hallway but it doesn't fit the colour scheme now, I am now informed......
A very interesting antique hall seat that doubles as an occasional table.
Also has very useful storage space inside as well.
Altogether a special piece of furniture looking for an appreciative home.
It's not from Ikea so there's no date stamp on it, so we think early to mid 20th century, with time-associated marks and dinks and a couple of repairs.
