Description
We are looking to take on a young individual who is keen to progress in the hairdressing industry.
You will be learning and working in the salon, and be given continuous training in order to progress.
You will be working in the salon Tuesday - Saturday and we will be working with itec training to get you through your level 1 qualification, then eventually progress you onto your level 2 qualification with future opportunity to do barbering and level 3.
working hours are -
Tuesday,Thursday,Friday - 9:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday - 9:30am - 7:30am
Saturday - 9:00am- 4:30pm
As an apprentice your duties will include...
- Reception duties (Making appointments, Answering the phone)
- Greeting clients
- Prepping clients for their service
- Making Tea&Coffee
- Shampooing hair
- ensuring stylists have everything they need to carry out the service
- Keeping the salon clean and tidy throughout the day.
eventually you will...
- Apply Colours
- Blow dry
- Begin training towards cutting skills
- Have the chance to take part in Goldwell colour training.
