Touring Bailey caravan

Hi here I have my double axle bailey senator 6000 caravan has had some damp but has all been resealed and is completely dry now it is a nice size caravan with a normal double size mattress in the back with 2 sofas at the front that can be used as beds Al so has kitchen and bathroom/toilet and has a a on board water tank .every think on this caravan works including cooker and hob the water system all works and so dose the toilet and shower (shower dose need replacing sealing ) the gas heating and hot water works and also has working frige it comes with a spare wheel .
