Clyde Healthcare are urgently looking for experienced housing support workers to join our company to fulfil regular shift patterns required by our clients.
Candidates will work closely with our clients to provide care within their client’s homes and assist them to meet their personal desired outcomes.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Assisting with personal care and in the community
• Providing domestic and household services
• Assisting clients to develop and maintain their daily living skills and independence
• Promptly reporting any change which may affect the health or wellbeing of a client.
Our client requires support workers for both ad hoc shifts and on rotas with shift patterns that include days, evening and sleepovers over 7 days per week.
Candidates must have 6 months experience supporting clients who may present challenging behaviour and will be required to undertake a PVG Disclosure Check.
Own transport is preferred but not essential.
