Windows claims 5.5 hours or so for battery . To give you some idea of the battery life it diminishes by 10% whilst watching an SD iPlayer video at max brightness/fullscreen for 30 mins. So on this basis alone it will be 5 hours - but please bear in mind that such a test is hardly taxing the i7! When doing serious work expect no more than half that.
