Location: Manchester based, working across the North.
Hours: Part Time 18.5 Hours
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £10,002 - £11,228 pa depending on skills and experience (FTE £18,923 – £21,242 pa)

Who we are looking for:
Individuals who have a passion to work in an organisation that specialises in autism, supporting autistic adults or children on the autism spectrum live the life they choose.
You will have excellent administration and time management skills. Experience of delivering training and of developing leaning through the use resources and activities.
Supporting new and existing staff, you will be required to co-ordinate and deliver training. Accurately recording learning and development activity, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
Working with managers to providing internal consultancy on the learning and continuous improvement of staff, supplying information to enable managers to plan for development activity.
You will also be required to liaise with central, local and relevant external training and qualification providers.
Continuously updating own knowledge and practise.

You will work across the North of England and will be based in Manchester.
