I'll be moving out of my flat on 02/08 and am looking for someone to takeover till 18/09.
The main selling point for me was the location. The flat is within a ten minute walk from Liverpool street and Aldgate East stations. About fifteen minutes from Whitechapel, Aldgate and Shoreditch High Street stations. There's also tons of supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.
The room is spacious; contains a double bed, a double wardrobe and also has plenty of space for a desk and an arm chair. The wardrobe provides plenty of storage and the space under the bed can also be used.
The flat has three bedrooms, kitchen, separate shower and bathroom. All the appliances have been recently replaced and are fully functional.
