We have a small double room available in our friendly house share. The room is bright and private. It has a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and a bedside cabinet. The rent for the room is £500 per calendar month and all bills are included.
The house is in a great location. It is approx. a 6 min walk from Tooting Rail Station, which will take you to Wimbledon in 5 min, Streatham in 5 min, Luton Airport in 25 min. It is approx. a 15 min walk from Tooting Broadway Underground.
The house is approx. a 25 min walk to St George Hospital. There are plenty of local shops around and in a short distance you will find big Lidl, Tesco, gym, restaurants, etc.
We require a months rent on the 1st, months deposit and £195 agency fee for the contracts, inventory and check-in.
