Single or double bedroom room to let (one or the other, not both, as I need one for myself!).
Available from Saturday 13th August to Sunday 4th September.
Single bedroom has pull-out bed under (see photo).
Double bedroom has king size bed (see photos).
Fees:
• Single £35 per night, or £200 for a 7 night week
• Double £45 per night, or £250 for a 7 night week
• All monies to be paid in advance.
The rooms are in a flat on the second floor (stairs only – no lift).
The flat is located at the bottom of Morningside next to a fantastic pub. There are food shops within a 2 minutes’ walk, other little shops all around, and a variety of eating places within easy walking distance.
Help yourself to tea/coffee!
The bus services are excellent – about 10 to 15 minutes into the centre of Edinburgh.
There is free parking about 10 minutes’ walk from the flat.
