Reliable Housekeeper with attention to detail wanted!

Maybe searching for the impossible but seeking someone who enjoys the responsibility of maintaining two five star properties in the centre of town (parking allowance). Regular turnarounds required for two properties in the same building for discerning international guests. Excellent attention to detail required and preferably some experience of maintaining property to a very high standard, but not essential. This position could equally be suitable for a conscientious/reliable student wishing to supplement their income or an older more experienced person. Good email/phone communications vital, car preferred.
Standard rate of pay of £10 per hour, more relative to experience + expenses. Average turnaround approx-2-3 hours per apartment. The ideal candidate should also be capable of trouble shooting when required and subject to location etc, assist with the occasional meet & greet for guests arriving (fee negotiable).
Hopefully this position will appeal to someone who actually derives satisfaction from maintaining a very high stand standard of accommodation and managing guests expectations. Good communication skills essential.
