My aim is to support you in becoming more fit and healthy, whilst helping you to feel more body confident. I specialise in body transformation and understand that we all have our own likes and dislikes when it comes to exercise, which is why each programme is tailored to what works for you.
Not only will I help you to achieve your goals, I also offer full support and a down to earth approach, whilst striving to get you sustainable results. The support I offer is a reflection of my two year level 4 qualification in Counselling in the person centred approach. Achieving your goals is as much mental as it is physical.
The service offers monthly packages to both males and females which includes 1-1 personal training sessions, a weekly adjustable training programme, nutritional advice, fitness testing, food diary analysis, 24 hour support via txt, phone and online, and progress tracking. i.e bodyfat etc.
