My name is John Clarke and I am a Personal Trainer from Nottingham. I am currently taking on new clients in and around the Midlands for Personal Training. What ever your goals are and no matter what shape or size you are I can help.
I specialise in WEIGHT LOSS, TONING, ADDING MUSCLE, CARDIO VASCULAR EXERCISE, WEIGHT AND CIRCUIT TRAINING, IMPROVING OVERALL HEALTH AND FITNESS AND DIET AND SUPPLEMENT PLANS.
As well as the above I also do online coaching, diets, training plans and competition prep for those that do not prefer face to face personal training sessions.
My previous honours include being the 2x under 80kg champion and x4 British Finalist in bodybuilding. I have worked with a wide range of clients including both male and female and beginners to elite professional athletes.
