These clever machines are ideal for boosting core and strength, stretching, as well as massage and balance. I don't use anything else when i go to the gym! It takes 20-25 minutes of HIIT training (High intensity interval training) to really feel the effects and sweat, only need to do it 2-3 times a week to get results and FAST.
I am hoping to sell this to someone who likes to exercise or is wanting an innovative and effective way to begin. There are so many different ways to use it and at different levels of intensity to suit you.
CORE: planking, side planking, V-sits
LEGS: squatting with kettle bells, medicine balls or household items, ski squat
ARMS: push ups, squatting whilst using arm-bands (come with the plate)
CARDIO: side steps, running man, jumps
MASSAGE: use of different settings (before or after workouts or on days off)
