Permanent Live-In Housekeeper - 10hrs/wk - Horfield

Permanent live-in position requiring 10 hours work per week, based in Horfield, Bristol. Suitable for couple or single person.

Job includes: regular cleaning of communal areas of shared house - kitchen daily; bathrooms, dining room and hallways twice weekly; cleaning of bedrooms when there is a change of occupant; and welcoming and seeing in new weekly tenants on Sundays.
Hours are flexible and part-time (10 hrs/wk). The communal area cleaning must be spread across the week; the bedroom cleaning and seeing in of new tenants will normally be on Sundays. You will need to be available most Sunday afternoons and evenings but other times are flexible.
We pay you: We pay £9 per hour, 10 hrs per week, total £90/wk.
You pay us: Rent between £80 - £140/wk depending on which room you choose to take and whether you are couple or single person.
Net rent: Your net rent will be between £-10/wk and £50/wk.
This means you can pay very low (or no) rent in exchange for 10 hrs work per week. All household bills are fully included.
We are a local property company that lets residential houses on a house-share basis to professional adult tenants. Our tenants are largely drawn from the major local employers such as MOD, Rolls, EE, NHS, etc.

? Your English is completely fluent
? You have experience of cleaning and can supply references on request
? You are available to work most mornings or evenings to clear kitchen (15 minutes)
? You are available to clean the rest of the house daytime on two time slots per week (2 hours each)
? You are available to work on Sundays especially afternoons and evenings when there tenant changeovers (allow 1 hour per changeover, not every weekend)
Available for single person or couple. Non-smoker only. This position will suit someone already employed part-time or full time, or retired, and looking for additional part-time work.
