Lovely little family seeking 1 or 2 bed property

Dear potential Landlord/Landlady,

I am Alicia, I am a mother to a lovely nearly 2 year old baby boy.
We seek a 1 or 2 bed property within the London area (zones 1-4) due to living arrangements at present (living in a mother and baby unit - sharing kitchen and bathroom with another family), we are looking to have space of our own.

I currently live in clapham, and I work part time (16 hours per week). I am looking for a Landlord/Landlady who will accept housing benefit (full or part). I can also provide a guarantor if needed.
