Hi, I'm moving out of this Large double room in the coming weeks, the rent is £760 per month all bills included with a cleaner who comes once a week. Deposit is one months rent
The room is a good size double with couch wardrobe etc. in a 3 bed house, one of the other housemates will be moving out also, even better if you have a friend whos looking as well. The other room is a little bit smaller and a bit cheaper. I'll get some photos of that later.
The location is brilliant, just off the high street, close to tube as well as the high street overground.
The only downside is that theres no loungeroom. This bedroom was the lounge originally, which didn't worry me as theres room for the couch anyway.
