Rent4sure is looking for motivated and dynamic sales staff to join our successful team in Reigate. As a specialist provider to the lettings industry, this is an exciting opportunity to progress your career by joining one of the UK’s market leaders.

We are currently recruiting for an office-based Insurance Specialist to sell our products directly to landlords and tenants, who are already aware of the products and services we offer.

You will be responsible for increasing sales, maximising revenue and premium, whilst delivering outstanding customer service. As part of our sales team you will also be expected to answer and handle calls regarding general enquiries, whilst following up on warm leads.

The right candidate will have a competitive instinct supported by a proven sales background, be used to working to set targets, be computer literate (Microsoft Word and Excel), and fluent in written and oral English.

Insurance Sales Executive - Skills and Experience Required:

• Ideally have previous experience of working within sales.
• A passion for selling with determination and the drive to achieve KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills with a positive and confident approach.
• High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Excellent customer service.

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 per Annum + Bonus
