I am looking for a flatmate to move into a two bedroom flat.
Flat is on Maryhill Road, within sight of St George's Cross tube station.
It's a great location, and a nice roomy flat. I myself am a 34 year old male, conscientious and friendly. I like books, music (listening and playing), films, old computer games, and socialising.
The monthly rent is £325 per person. Utility and phone/internet bills come to around £50 a month. Council tax band is C.
Deposit is a month's rent.
