Salary: Circa £18,000 per Annum

Our client is a Facilities Management Company who specialise in delivering exceptional property care to a variety of clients' Nationwide. Working with a major blue chip organisations the above position will be based in our client's office in Street, Somerset.
The Candidate:
The successful applicant will have the following attributes;
* Have experience in financial administration including consolidated payment applications.
* Be able to Process data, managing records and creating reports
* Be organised and possess the attention to detail within administrative tasks.
* Have the ability to communicate at many levels.
* Have a practical approach to property related issues.
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* A high level of IT literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
* Update and maintain job management software database
* Raise purchase orders as required
* Arrange access to sites for maintenance/service calls
