Everhot, heat storage cooker, excellent range cooker
£5.250
Description
This beautiful black Everhot cooker retails at £6,440.00. It is an electric, heat storage cooker, which simply plugs into a domestic 13 amp socket with no need for a 30 am electric socket or a flue or concrete base pad. As you can see from my photos is is designed to fit alongside standard size kitchen units and yet it gives you all the versatility of modern cooking methods, together with the even baking and winter warmth of a traditional range cooker. This cooker does NOT require to be serviced like traditional AGAs. There are child lock functions, holiday mode and the all important Eco mode which means the cost of running this piece of equipment is less than half that of an AGA. With the really useful induction hob alongside the steel plate you can ensure super fast boiling if you are running short on time prior to placing things on to the hot plates or simply if you switch it off in the summer months you still have the induction hob to cook with. There are two hot plates than can double up as total cooking facility or cook and heat plate only facility for one half. You can have each oven on independently. Cooking in these ovens is an almost upside down method, with roast vegetables cooking on the bottom of the oven and roast joints on the top. I am not exaggerating when I say that my Everhot has cooked the best roast dinners and baked the best cakes that I have ever made in my life. It is an entirely different process and much tastier. Also if your Everhot is off for some reason such as for a holiday you can heat the top oven very quickly within 15 minutes by switching the grill function on prior to the oven. Considering a conventional oven takes around 7 minutes to heat this is quite impressive for heat storage cooker. I am selling as a house move forces sale. It's less than 1 year old, so please call for additional details. Now for the technical detail. Everhot 90i

Control
Individual switches control each cooking area and include a light which indicates when each circuit has reached its set temperature. A clear digital display allowing exact temperatures to be set for each cooking area. The lights will turn from green to red intermittently to indicate when more heat is being supplied. The integral grill with timer is also switched on via the control box.
ECO Control
This functionality is now available as standard on all EVERHOT cookers. It provides a type of 'sleep' facility which allows the range to be dropped to a low temperature that can be pre-determined.
The ECO function can be entered manually through a button on the control box or can be controlled automatically via a simple timer function. We estimate the likely savings through regular overnight use to be around 15% of overall running costs.
In addition, whist in ECO mode, the cooker has a maximum load requirement of 2KW, this facility will particularly appeal to customers who use sustainable energy systems - wind, water, photovoltaic, etc.
