BILLS
The rent covers council tax, broadband, and water bills. Based on 5 sharing, allow another 20-25GBP per month for gas and electricity, and contribution to a kitty(cash box) for cleaning materials.
(If you prefer to hire someone to do your cleaning when it's your turn, cleaners charge about 10GBP per hour, and 1 hour should be sufficient for cleaning the communal areas.)
ABOUT YOU
The housemates moving in would be seeking a calm, and clean place to come back to and relax. You are more likely to be aged early-20s to mid 30s.
The rooms are for single occupancy (no couples or long term guests because the tenants I have in mind will not want overcrowding).
You would be considerate, responsible, clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen, not averse to a cleaning rota, into quiet peaceful living, friendly.
