Hi! I'm Ewelina and I'm looking for a nice and easy going female flatmate, to share a 2 bedroom flat.The room to rent is a bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Flat has a large, bright sitting room, a well furnished kitchen. Bathroom has a shower over the bath. There is gas heating and Internet connection.
The flat is well located. It's about a 10 minute walk from Gorgie Road and 15 minutes by bus to the city centre.
I'm looking for a female flatmate who is pretty clean and tidy around the house. The person needs to be professional, who has regular income. So I'd like a flatmate who is sociable, but not someone who has regular parties or is too noisy :)
Rent is 325.00 GBP per month. The bills are not included. Council tax, gas and electricity, and wifi come to approximately 100 GBP extra per month.
Deposit of 325.00 GBP required.
Flat is available from the 7th of September. Lease is for 1 year minimum. Landlord references required.
