Cartier Love Ring - Size J 1/2 - 49 (internal diameter 15.7mm)
Plain yellow gold flat sectioned band, interspaced by the iconic Cartier screw head design, appeox 3.6mm x 1.28mm depth.
Signed and numbered "cartier QM1047" , stamped 750 49. The ring is still in current range. Gross weight 3.04 grammes.
