Hinge is broke inside but still manually lifts & shuts fine.

Immaculate condition. Under warantee & under 1yr old. No marks or scuffs. Mink/grey combination with dark brown arms. From smoke & pet free home. Can be mismantled for removal. Scatter back cushions & throw included.
