Job Title: Customer Support Advisor

Salary: £23000 - £25000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
Our Client is a long established and fast growing e-commerce company, selling washroom products through their busy websites. The company also specialise in waterless urinal products, including models that are hygienically recycled in their workshop.
Job Role:
The company has a vacancy for a Customer Support Advisor to work as a member of a small team at their rural location near Thame, Oxfordshire. Due to this location you would need to have access to your own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling in-coming sales calls / emails, and completing the administration tasks, including preparing quotes and follow up.
* Resolving customer and supplier queries.
* Ability to ascertain and understand customer needs
* Learn about the product so to be able to answer technical questions about the products to aid the clients to buy and implement the items
* Assist the Sales Manager in promoting the business and sourcing new products to sell when required.
You will need:
* Good business acumen
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Be able to communicate technical information to clients on a daily basis
* Flexibility to work in a small team
* Able to prioritise own workload
* Self-motivated & Pro- active
* IT literate (Excel & Word)
