We are a very busy Taxi / Minicab company looking for Experienced staff

We are looking for staff Local to our Office in UB10 Area for convenience of shift times and covering extra shifts if they are available

Telephonists / Customer Service Agents for Weekend Days, Evenings,Customer service Agent's Required Immediately

Full time Evenings - 4 days on 4 days off - 4/6pm - 1/3am ( 2 Vacancies)

Friday & Saturday Nights 6pm - 4am (Every other week) X 2

Saturday & Sunday Days 7am - 6pm (Every weekend or every other) X 2

£7-9 p/h depending on experience

Telephonists must be able to work in a very busy environment and work as part of a team.

We use (Cordic) booking dispatch software

Must be computer literate

You will need to have a good grasp and understanding of English and have a good telephone manner. Preferably had experience dealing with Corporate Clients and Account customers as well as members of the public.


Our air conditioned call centre is based in Ickenham near Uxbridge (UB10) Piccadilly and Central lines in walking distance from our UB10 office.Transport arranged home in the local area for night staff.
